Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis, I complete a variety of tasks that are based around dealing with customer ledgers. This can be done through adding to ledgers or issuing ledgers

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme as the business has welcomed me and I have been able to talk to different types of teams within the business rather than just financial service teams. In addition, I also like that I have been treated as an employee from the start rather than as an apprentice for just the 18 months that I am here

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed several skills such as improving my communication with different types of people and teams. Another thing I have improved is my timing skills as I have to complete tasks to a deadline

The programme is organised well as there is a dedicated team from HR that deals with any queries that apprentices have.
