Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight involved learning about our service line from employees, mainly managers which was very useful. They provided talks on their day-today lives but also on their career journey. We were also given group projects to present an innovative idea for a company which built teamwork skills

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was interesting and pleasing to hear the numerous development and growth opportunities provided at EY and the variety of projects with different firms , making the job different every day.

I have developed my teamwork skills during the project, and my confidence in presenting the idea to a group of people. I have also developed my creativity and adaptivity to come up with an innovative and potentially profitable idea.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture is great with lots of diversity and culture appreciation. The general atmosphere was also good as everyone was exceptionally nice and easy to talk to
