Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Three day insight programme with the first and last days being virtual, the second day being in person at the Birmingham office. Involved talks and panels from experienced professionals in the firm and a group case study with a presentation on the third day.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very insightful as multiple career opportunities were presented to us through a variety of people with differing ways of entering the firm. These range from entering the firm from summer internships to joining the firm later in their career.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Communication and teamwork skills in particular have been developed as we were encouraged to network and build relationships with people around us. There was also a focus on growth and being open to new opportunities to progress us.
