How well organised/structured is your programme?

the 1st year is focused on college and completing b-tech and lvl2 where your second third and fourth is spent completing your NVQ and EPA but also moving around different places within the business
How much support do you receive from your employer?

support is very good have very good union people mental health aiders, but also time to complete work is adequate
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

the company is very involved with both the college side and the NVQ/EPA side so ant issues are normally raised and dealt with quickly
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

provides with general knowledge so i have a better understanding of certain mechanical or engineering principles
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
