I am a transaction services partner working with corporates and private equity looking to invest or divest in the UK Market. I lead our travel and leisure business and private sector education business for deals, sitting in our UK Business Services team. I am also lead partner for Surrey, Sussex and Kent, representing KPMG across service lines to the local area.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

the programme gives me access to knowledge and resources I did not have previously and also access to internal knowledge which is making a real difference in relation to the aims of the programme.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My knowledge of AI was very limited in the beginning and this has allowed me to improve my knowledge and develop skills but also confidence in speaking to AI in the workplace.

Multiverse is very well structured and planned out for large scale training.

Full support and sponsorship of the programme. They found the programme, give us time to work through it and sponsor the whole thing.

Why?
KPMG is by far the best of the Big 4 accounting firms based on the people and working culture. As a result of it being smaller, it is more careful over the choices it makes and how it is able to look after the people who work there. This apprenticeship is one example but there are many others across wellbeing and development programmes.
