My roll as a Level 3 Maintenance Technician is to complete all paperwork and to learn as much as possible from the qualified technicians across all areas and all levels of knowledge.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the program, however some of the placements and not as beneficial as I would hope for. This is due to some placements not being maintenance orientated, they are beneficial to gain an appreciation of the other rolls, however the length of which you spend doing these rolls can cause you to miss out on a very beneficial maintenance jobs to experience.
