Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Every person who has taken me through my apprenticeship has shown their care and understanding towards my efforts. I appreciate all of the staff and their continued support throughout my journey at Go-Ahead London and have recommended it to my friends multiple times. My day to day consists of driving the bus and doing all of the tasks that come with the job. This includes doing my checks for my bus, communicating with passengers, cooperating with my colleagues and more.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme a lot. In all honesty, I didn’t think I’d be in the position I am but I’m grateful to be here. I’ve been give opportunities and I continue to show gratitude for that.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed and learned many skills during my time here. I learned how to drive a bus, how to communicate better with colleagues and the public and I’ve learned how to reach my goals.

Without my qualification I wouldn’t be able to perform my role at all so it definitely helps.

There’s levels to advance to and ranks to climb. There’s always opportunities to rise and do better within the company.
