I work as an apprentice in Operations at UBS. My day-to-day role involves sending client communications to inform them of regulatory changes, collect data that we require and perform remediation of non-financial risk incidents.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme a lot and I think it is well structured.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the programme itself is well structured, however the onboarding process could be smoother with keeping candidates up to date.

I receive a satisfactory amount of support at UBS and have not struggled in my time working for them.

My training provider provides adequate support, with weekly education sessions and somewhat regular check ins with academic mentors

My qualification allows me to understand the background context necessary to perform my job. Knowing how the front office operates is important to understanding the impact I have on the busines.

There are a limited amount of sports teams and social activities at UBS for apprentices. There are a fair few professional networking events to attend
