Complete administrative work with other apprentices, such as reporting and updating system details. Speak with colleagues on a daily basis.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Really enjoy the programme and have built good connections. Sometimes can be difficult to balance study, work and life balance, but I feel supported at work.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt many new skills here a short space of time, feel like I am pushed which has sparked my development.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well structured programme which has occurred for multiple years, so there are lots of apprentices to talk to about it and people are aware of the programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Very supportive, have regular catch ups with manager to discuss any concerns.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Lots of support, such as revision resources and practice exams. Office hours are available to discuss concerns.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualifications are very relevant to the role and improve understanding on a daily basis.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Lots of apprentice networking events eg Padel, baking, painting. These are very enjoyable and great for meeting new people.
