I work with education experts such as Directors of Children's Education, Trust CEOs and school headteachers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My programme is very relevant to my role. I crucial part of my role is stakeholder management and communication. This features in a big way in my programme and I am using the learning in my job as I learn new skills.

I have reinforced and strengthened my communication skills with knowledge that is grounded in academia which builds confidence.

The programme is very well structured which makes it easy to navigate and mage with other priorities.

There are layers of support built in both in my workplace as well as the university. For example, at work I have support from my line manager as well as the apprenticeship team, and at University I have support from the leaning instructors as well as the Uni success manager.
