My job is provide direct support to the Deputy Directors, administrative support to the Directorate and finance support in my Directorate Support Team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My apprenticeship gives me time to fully explore and enhance the work I do in my role, it has also really helped with my confidence.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes definitely, I have a much broader and deeper understanding of how my organisation sits within the bigger scheme of things and how the work that my department undertakes, comes to fruition.

My training provider is very supportive and understanding, I always get a quick response if I have any questions and they do not hesitate to make time for me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it has helped a lot as it provides time for me to explore different aspects of my role and the department that I would not other wise have.

Yes - though as a single parent, it's hard for me to participate.
