My Role is to lead a team of analysis to support the organisation in Data & Analysis for our workforce data.
This includes creating tools and dashboards, reports , ad hoc analysis, upskilling staff in data and intelligence and supporting leadership to make appropriate decision around the workforce.

Yes developed skills in data visualisation, choosing the right visuals and making them easy to interpret/understand, the data lifecycle interpretive narrative.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

We did have some quality issues to begin, but our tutor was replaced and i have found the structure and delivery, as well as the support to be great.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My Employer fully supports me, this is through time allowing me to undertake learning, opportunities to develop and create my portfolio and great discussions with my manager around how i want to develop, the benefits to me and my organisation.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Some issues early with our tutor but these were resolved.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that the apprenticeship has greatly improved my role.
From implementing industry standards and much better visualisations, narrative & interpretation. to new tools that i am already implementing with Python and a better understanding of data structures and SQL

I have been greatly supported in my my current role. I have a great manager and receive feedback on my work and feel that it is valued.

There are so many opportunities in the organisation, if something doesn't fit, try something else.
