Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I enjoy my work/role, and it has been easy to meet the specification of my apprenticeship through various tasks and projects, however the support within our team for admin work is limited and therefore the role can be high pressure, and limiting in terms of the time I can get to work on data/apprenticeship work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy the programme and the knowledge I'm gaining, and the active work I get to do around data analysis is exactly what I want. There are some limitations associated with the teaching I receive in terms of subject matter knowledge and the direction of teaching, however this a flaw with the training provider, not LCC itself.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have expanded my abilities across data visualisation/analysis in Power BI, and picked in foundational skills in SQL.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme is well organised from the employer and training provider end, with clear timelines and goals set.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive consistent and regular support from my line manager/mentor.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
There is extensive support available around academic writing, careers guidance, technical knowledge, and wellbeing support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
The skills I've been picked up have been/will be useful in work, and are applicable, however certain technical areas (e.g. SQL) have been tricky to apply in practice.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
Not that I'm made aware of.
