I'm a delivery manager in the Learning Content team within KPMG Learning Services. My main responsibilities in my role are to manage learning projects for client ensuring we deliver to time, budget and to expected quality.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the apprenticeship program as the subject matter is highly interesting and engaging. This knowledge and skills gained in this apprenticeship will be very beneficial to my role and career progression.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

AI has developed significantly over the last few years and is continuing to move forward at a fast pace. Every session and module in this apprenticeship introduces key concepts of AI and provides new knowledge and skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is very well organised by Multiverse where all the sessions for the entire apprenticeship have been booked into my calendar at the start. The coaches are always available for queries if needed
How much support do you receive from your employer?

KPMG fully supports the program and provides the time required for the studies.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I can not fault Multiverse so far in my apprenticeship. It's only been over a month but the Multiverse portal is very well structured and provides the information needed. Coaches are always available for queries if needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

At the start of the apprenticeship it is mainly gaining new knowledge about the fundamentals of AI which creates a more AI focused mindset. It is a bit early to apply what we learned but I am looking at challenges in a different light and considering how AI could assist. I'm looking forward to gaining more hands on skills to apply in my role.
