Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day-to-day basis i am responsible for reporting to the warehouse manager. I am to hit KPI's set by the company in order to meet our company wide financial targets.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying the programme and find the workshops a great opportunity to gain perspective. The apprenticeship is a challenge for me and requires me to hone in on my time management, prioritising work balance and ensuring i allocate time effectively.

Yes, I have learned the importance of getting out of your comfort zone and also the importance of working alongside colleagues to encourage their development.

Very well, my trainer is great and the course is very well structured.

My Line Manager always ensures that i am allocated my agreed time to complete my work.
