Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

day to day I work with die sets which includes repairing trim steels and punches which create the shape of panels which are fitted to the 3 door, 5 door, convertible mini.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my program and I personally believe its well managed.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt over the three years of my apprenticeship an array of different skills such as using angle grinders, machinery such as lathes, milling machines, cranes, and gaining my forklift license. I have also gained skills in problem solving.

very well organised and structured. throughout the course each year has been structured to ensure you achieve the most you can,
