Our role at BMW varies throughout the business as each area has different maintenance requirements. One day we could be dismantling a press, whilst on another day we could be wiring in a new motor. No two days are the same which is an amazing benefit.

It's extremely enjoyable, you learn different skills everyday whilst learning new industry standards.

I've learnt a wide range of skills throughout my time here, ranging from 3-phase wiring to welding.
