Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I provide day-to-day admin and customer support, acting as a main point of contact for customers and internal teams. Manages communications, service tickets, orders, billing, and stock while keeping records accurate and following company procedures. Supports service delivery, sales, and procurement, helps track deadlines, and contributes to the smooth running of the office.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I found the programme very engaging and knowledgeable throughout. It had a lot of different aspects to explore and I enjoyed the challenge of many of the tasks givenn!

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I feel more confident with public speaking along with the ability to engage in conversations with a wide range of people. This has helped me feel more confident within my job role.
