I work in the Investment Bank Finance Office, where I am involved in the reporting, planning and forecasting of the investment bank.

I enjoy the work and study side of it.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve have learnt several software skills and developed my excel skills. I am more confident and communicate clearly as well as having a deeper financial understanding.

Very organised, I understand the process, events are always communicated to me.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Constant support from my manager and the apprentice team as well as my tuition provider and colleagues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Constant support. We have excellent study materials and quarterly support sessions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A lot of my study aligns to my job especially management accounting and financial accounting.

Yes plenty, we have working groups within our division and events within our apprentice network.
