Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Ian Williams?
I have had a great first year at Ian Williams. In that time I have learnt a great deal about surveying and financial processes and been able to develop my teamwork, communication and problem solving skills with my unit. The business has been very supportive of me and my training and I look forwards to my future in the company.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The main responsibilities are to control costs and financially support the business. I enjoy working with others and the problem solving that comes with the job.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
