A great mix of sessions from different parts of the firm, as well as practice area networking, talks from innovation, ESG, Inclusion and CSR, as well as significant time shadowing a trainee.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Company culture was excellent. There was genuine buy in to Macfarlanes’ culture from the partners to the trainees, as well as all business development, catering, cleaners etc.
