Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

There were a combination of practical skills workshops, talks from professionals, networking sessions and time to work in our practice areas of choice

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

The networking sessions and workshops were really conducive to learning about the roles available. The trainees and associates in particular were incredibly happy to talk to us on an individual basis so we can get more information about the programmes and firm in general.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture was incredibly hospitable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. Everyone was happy to talk to us and work with us and the scheme allowed us to get a good understanding of what working at the firm was like. It is incredible that a firm of Macfarlane’s stature has such an inviting environment to work in
