Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My daily routine consist of getting a decent amount of sleep usually 7-8 hours, waking up at a decent time, getting work at a decent time, clocking in, checking for updates on my route, checking the bus and starting my day, on time.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy it very much, its unpolished in some areas, I would say there are room for improvements for certain but I would recommend.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learned a range of new skills thats for certain, never doubted i could get this far but its still nice to know I tested myself and came out the other side successfully

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
There are room for improvement, ideally I would give it a 3.5 but im feeling generous
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
Sometimes I do feel isolated, again room for improvements
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Room for improvement
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
The qualification does help, its a eye opener, if I did this job without the qualification, I would have entered it with a different mindset.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
They are, but the working hours and work/life balance is so intense, its extremely hard to participate in other activities
