Dealing with tickets from members of staff across all different offices, setting up new staff and laptops, troubleshooting all kinds of issues

I have improved problem solving skills, and communication mainly, I have also learnt good time management skills

A lot, it taught me quite what I need to know plus much more. This allows me to troubleshoot and understand new technology without any prior knowledge of them
