Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role varies in my day to day work, from answering client queries to helping to prepare tax calculation equity sourcing calculations and attending client calls to provide updates on outstanding cases.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the work I do, the role makes me feel like I add value and I matter within the company. There is also a lot of help in managing alongside study and time allocated to study days and development of learning.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I feel like I developed many skills since I joined, firstly tax specific and concepts which I use in my day to day work in Mobility, as well as became more confident and outspoken as I have more courage to ask questions and bother people when I am unsure of the answers.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Organisation might not be the best, but it is a work in progress. I had many questions about my programme, exam dates, learning and location, but i knew who I could ask and was directed to people until I found the answer.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I've received support from my employer, via Manager and Counsellor, and the rest of my team was understanding when it came to study and learning time.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider has responded my questions however there was a delay and often created worry, especially when it came closer to the course and i had queries regarding study textbooks and materials.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification is meant to give me the necessary knowledge to be able to provide accurate comments and work with the client.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

My work provides social events as well as training which allows me to meet new people as well as people who have take the same route as me or similar, as well as increase my network.
