i would rate my role a 5 this is because it is very intuitive as there is lots of technologies and equipment to learn and maintain within BMW plant oxford. it provides me with high complex skill levels and engineering knowledge.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the apprenticeship due to the great exposure to the different technologies and vast amount of equipment with in the plant. there is a lot to learn and it is a challenging apprenticeship providing complex problem solving situations and maintenance activities.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a vast amount of technical skills when working with in maintenance teams across plant oxford. I have been able to increase my programming skills, problem solving skills. Not only this it has improved my capabilities to carry out work independently on equipment and improved my core skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well structured in areas of the apprenticeship but there is room for improvement.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support is excellent, this is because if I have any questions they can provide me with support in any situation.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There is a large amount of support from my training provider, but there is room for improvement on some teaching with the training that's provided from the college.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe it provides me with the fundamental basics to allow me to complete tasks with in my apprenticeship.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
