Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
On a day-to-day basis, I complete various administrative/ customer service duties.
I am responsible for delivering Learning and Development administration support to my team and other employees throughout the organization, scheduling training courses, securing resources; sending out invites for courses/workshops; creating learning packs/ training materials for courses; respond to queries from customers via phone, email, teams; to research and identify potential training providers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy the programme to a great extent. I could not ask for a better apprenticeship.
Learning opportunities are always provided and you are always encouraged by your fellow employees.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, I have learned many new skills and developed many existing skills.
This role has taught me to be flexible, multitask and effectively meet deadlines.
Before taking on this position, I found it difficult to delegate tasks when I felt I had a large workload. At emh, you are encouraged to work as a team/ collaborate, which has helped me to delegate tasks more/ know when to ask for help. It has helped me to become more of a team player.
My communication skills have massively improved also.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
My programme is very well organized/ structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a great amount of support from my employer.
I am able to contact them when I need help/support with anything and they also like to check in to see how I am getting on with my work responsibilities and apprenticeship responsibilities.
They are very accommodating and always ensure I have all necessary resources to be successful in fulfilling my duties.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive a lot of support from my training provider when working towards my qualification.
I am able to easily contact them if I need support, and they are always quick to respond.
They arrange support sessions following any classes to discuss the work with myself and other apprentices and they are always happy to help.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel that the qualification I am gaining through the training provider helps e to perform better in my role to a great extent. The qualification teaches me the importance of customer service and helps me to gain insight into various aspects of customer services like organizations, systems, resources; knowing your customers; regulations, legislations and so on.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there are plenty extra-curricular activities to get involved in at work.
Towards the holidays, employees like to hold fun events. For instance, at Christmas, they held a party in the canteen, where they had set up various activities and a fuddle.
All teams tend to have away days as well, which give you the opportunity to get out and about with the team and participate in enjoyable activities.
