Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
In my role, I’ve grown a lot in both confidence and capability. Managing mailouts, processing data, and running the customer help centre has taught me how to work efficiently, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure. I’ve enjoyed becoming a reliable point of contact for customers and colleagues, and I’m proud of the accuracy and care I bring to every task.

Alongside my day‑to‑day responsibilities, completing my Level 4 PR and Communications apprenticeship has been a big achievement. It’s helped me develop a stronger understanding of audiences and improved the way I approach written and digital communication. Balancing my studies with my workload has shown me how much I’m capable of, and it’s made me even more motivated to keep building my skills and progressing in my career.
