Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I work in the avionics department at British Airways Engineering Wales. My experience at British Airways so far has been brilliant. There are many benefits to working at BA such as, a great pension, cheap flights, opportunities to enter skills competitions and gain experience and knowledge for my career. For the first year we spend one month in different areas around the workshop to gain experience on all aspects of avionics. Some of the areas I have covered so far include, Electrical Test Equipment, Ovens, Motor & Actuators, Radio and Radar Systems and more. This is a great way to learn new hand skills on different components.
