Key aspects of my current role include:
-Conducting detailed training needs analysis across over 50 branches countrywide.
-Designing clear and structured learning content including workbooks, digital content, SharePoint and quick reference posters.
-Delivering training in a variety of ways to support different needs and skills levels
-Learning and championing best practice of the new ERP System

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

• Initiative – Due to timescales and deadlines that we must stick to, to ensure success of the project, I am very involved and on top of all training work, I don’t like to be dependent on waiting on others, so I take matters into my own hands when required.
• Teamwork – I enjoy and work well when working alongside others, there is no better feeling than achieving together, and I love the skills that can be passed on and picked up.
• Time Management – Due to tight deadlines and changing in priorities throughout the project I am involved it, it has helped that I can manage my time well and make decisions to ensure that time I am putting into any activity is effective.
