I get to work closely with qualified electricians to learn on the job and build my knowledge and skills. I also interact with customers on a daily basis further developing my people skills .
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy learning the trade through practical experience while also getting to know the theory behind what we do by going to college and working towards getting my gold card and becoming qualified

Yes my knowledge about electrics has grown so much since starting my apprenticeship and it will carry on growing due to the amazing team that trains me

It is very well structured with my college blocks and a plan to complete my apprenticeship

My employer supports me by providing me things that I need for my portfolio and making sure that I am on track.

My training provider gives a lot of support by making sure I understand what I’m doing and preparing me for exams.
