Senior Support Worker Review

As a Senior Support Worker, I provide care and support to individuals while also leading a team of support staff. I help with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure service users’ safety and wellbeing.
On a day-to-day basis, I deliver hands-on care, supervise staff, manage shifts, update care plans, and maintain accurate records. I also handle safeguarding concerns, administer medication, and communicate with families and professionals to ensure high-quality care is maintained.

Apart of having problems on begging with misunderstanding between trainers all went well.

I receive strong support from my employer, particularly from my manager. She has been a huge help and has consistently believed in me, even at times when I didn’t believe in myself. Her support has helped me grow in confidence, develop my skills, and progress in my role.

We have some issues on the way but eventually worked out
