Yes
Why?
The management are supportive and caring for the residents and the staff members making them feel recognised, the atmosphere at VOYAGE is welcoming, there is teamwork amongst staff and the residents embrace every culture.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to VOYAGE Care?
I advice them to place each resident at the centre of the care and follow the companies policies and procedures when providing care needs. They should keep themselves updated with any new legislations and laws and follow accordingly when supporting the residents with their care needs. They should listen to the residents, respect them, embrace every culture and offer choices and preferences. They should accept every opportunity provided by VOYAGE care for example apprentachip opportunities.
