It's early in the process but I'm enjoying it so far. Meeting other people in similar roles is really interesting.

We're currently working on learning theories. I had only a basic level of understanding.

The whole programme has been mapped out, all sessions put in our diaries and I know what is expected of me.

There's lots to get involved with. Quiz nights, social events and going to sporting events. We also have a duty to do two volunteering days a year.
