Had to have several different assessors for various reasons, felt communication was lacking in areas

Always happy to help with coursework and gave me more than the required time to complete college work
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Felt unsupported by first 2 assessors however my final assessor was incredible, had regular meetings, responded quickly to emails and went above and beyond to support me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I don't feel like I have had to opportunity to use much of my college learning within my role however do believe it will come more in use when i progress to more management postitions

Why?
The answer to this question is very dependent on the type of person they are, it can be a tough job dealing with frustrated patients daily and not everyone will enjoy it, However, the support from colleagues and management can be brilliant.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Teldoc?
be yourself and try to stay confident, a huge part of the job is talking to people so you have to prove you can do that at interview level.
