I’m a telecoms engineer this involves E learning working at the depot with experienced colleagues and doing maintenance task and maintaining telecoms equipment .
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the amount of people you meet when out on track and the experiences you have.Also traveling to different places for training feels good as you feel your worth something to the company

I’ve developed communication skills and travelling skills before I was not confident with travelling everywhere but now with this job role because of your constant travel you build you confidence in these aspects
