Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

It's largely project dependent but you can help with drawings , presentations and reports but I do also get the opportunity to work with the Grimshaw Foundation and help out with their incentives
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

There is still some level of balancing with uni and work but overall have been an immensely positive experience
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

well, its hard to just say one, for software's I've learned and developed proficiency in Rhino grasshopper, auto cad and the adobe. I learned about deliverables and report developing and working with a wider team on said deliverables
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I was part of the first generations of Lv6 apprentices at Grimshaw so there was some growing pains with how we fit in the wider context of the company ,but this year there was noticeable improvement with the new group of apprentices once feed back was given
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Grimshaw set up both a buddy and mentor to help support us through our courses.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Grimshaw provides comprehensive training for software and we are able to request training for when we find ourselves needing it
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the training provided has allowed me to preform my tasks independently
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I've partaken in the ; Grimshaw foundation, the softball team, the neurodiversity network and the women in architecture group and i help out with work experience that come through
