Overall, how would you describe your experience at BDO?
BDO have a great work culture, allowing for flexible working practices. The team and senior management are very visible, supportive and open to take any questions that I may have.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Been working through the whole internal audit progress, supporting in areas where I have the capabilities to support on and slowly developing my skills and knowledge. I enjoy the problem solving aspect of the role.

The team always tries to give you as much responsibility as long as it's reasonable. The organisation has a great feedback culture, as well as a recognition culture.

They are visible in their initiatives to celebrate different cultures, whether it's through events, workshops or even the food they serve for lunch.

They allow everyone to volunteer for 10 days a year, with pay covered by the company. They are also conscious about their environmental impact (e.g moving offices because of carbon footprint of our current office)
