Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

To lead the creation and implementation of innovative PR and digital engagement campaigns that promote initiatives across Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group.
The post holder will manage all aspects of digital engagement, including social media, scheduled campaigns, PR communications, and design of branded resources. They will ensure consistency of the brand across all materials and platforms, including external websites, internal intranet, and SharePoint. The role requires strong graphic design expertise and the ability to integrate AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Loads! I am a Talent Academy Ambassador, where I get the opportunity to go out to schools and events for careers fairs and mock interview days. There are also various networks - i am a part of the Green Champions and Women's Networks. There are regular events, such as last week's Holi.
