As an apprentice it involves learning on the job, watching you mentor perform different jobs through out of the week and through out the time here, it involves you interacting with it aswell, helping where you can

I’ve learnt so many new skills which involve clutches and timing belts

I enjoy going the structure of going to college and being in work for the other 4 days, it’s a really nice change

I receive a lot of support whether it’s my employer looking over to make sure I’m comfortable or if it’s with college work
