Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Supporting the coordination of apprentice and graduate training, tracking and monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy learning different models and the core strategic elements of the programme and how this applies to my role.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have both developed existing skills and learned more about the theories behind the skills I have already acquired in my career to date, but also I have learned a lot on the more strategic elements of an Operations Manager role that will be useful for me as I progress in my career.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The programme is well structured and the tutor is great at supporting my learning style. She is also very good at helping me to see how it applies to my specific circumstances.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
What I would benefit more from is some additional support to fully apply this to the work environment and to be given opportunities beyond my work role to allow me to fully develop these skills.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My tutor is also very good at helping me to see how it applies to my specific circumstances, and allows me to work with my own learning style and additional needs.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
The apprenticeship work has sometimes felt additional to my role, and I would value some additional time to get involved in meetings, or projects that would support me to continue to develop my knowledge and skills.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are some community catch-ups with others on the leadership apprenticeship schemes and a range of opportunities outside of the scheme in the workplace that allow me to Network in the organisation.
