Yes I continued to learn and developed all throughout my apprenticeship which was implemented into my day to day job role.

It had excellent structure and they worked along side my day to day tasks to ensure I got the best learning possible. They were supportive and very well organised in giving out specific dates and times my work was to be completed by.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received full support from my employer which helped with my confidence and learning massively.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My apprenticeship assessor helped massively by continuing to keep in touch and doing regular check ins to see how I was progressing. We also did regular reviews and set clear expectations.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification has massively improved my performance in my role as I believe I wouldn’t have learned half the things I have through the apprenticeship. Especially to the depths I have learned everything.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I was put on to a step up program which was linked to stores across the country.
We have seasonal team nights out and we also have Christmas conference for management.
