Overall, how would you describe your experience at Network Rail?
My experience has opened my eyes to how safe it is, not just in practicality but how the people are with you, you're safe to be your own person, regardless of gender, religion or background.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I take care of apprentices and keep them on track of their work. Making sure that they keep on top of their targets set and if not, find out why and manage their safeguarding concerns if any.

I would advise to research a little before hand. I did this and it helped alot.
