Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My Role involves administrative tasks on a daily bases, this is from opening files to closing, taking calls, printing and posting and so much more. I acted as the primary link between Consultants and Clients facilitating, clear communication and fostering productive relationships. I supported operational workflows, resolve inquiries at the first point of contact, manage information sharing.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Working here at Parity has been a delight! I am constantly learning new things, and I like being put out of my comfort Zone, so this is great especially when new processes are introduced to the team. I Speak to Customers on a daily basis, and this improves my critical thinking skills and also strengthens my communication skills and active listening. I also like learning about different parts to conveyancing, which i am considering going into.

Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My Apprentice is a very structured program, we are allocated time lines on when to complete our work. We also have access to learner portal which makes things easy and at reach, we can use our portal to log in our of the job training and update our work on the file.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We are always given extra support from the Firm and especially our Manager, sufficient time is given during working hours so we are able to complete our apprentice work. We are not put under pressure to return back to working and this helps me to focus on my school work entirely at the right time
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Our Training provider is always available by email to answer any queries, we also discuss before hand meeting times, where can just discuss any thing school related. we are also given monthly reviews, so they are aware of how much we are progressing.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes they are several, team building activities, where we can bond with our team mates and get to know them better.

Parity Legal Makes sure that they truly considering the needs of those, under their care young or old. they make sure the Apprentices are given the full support they need to achieve their goals be it continuing with them or moving on to another role.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Parity Legal?
Always make sure that you are interested in admin role, and you don't need to know everything on your first day, you learn as you go!
