Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
On a typical day, I research and identify potential leads such as organisations, and businesses who may benefit from our services. I reach out to them through emails, calls, and LinkedIn to introduce our initiatives and explore possible ways i can help. I also follow up with existing leads, answer enquiries, and guide interested partners or participants through the registration or partnership process.
In addition, I maintain relationships with current partners, support promotional activities such as workshops or events, and track my outreach and conversions to ensure I am meeting business development targets.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I really enjoy my programme. It has given me the opportunity to develop both my theoretical knowledge and practical skills, particularly in areas such as communication, problem-solving, and professional development. I find the content engaging and relevant to my career goals, and it has helped me build confidence in applying what I learn in real-world situations.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, I have learnt several new skills and also developed some of my existing ones. Through my apprenticeship, I have improved my communication and presentation skills, which has helped me express ideas more clearly and confidently. I have also developed stronger organisational and time management skills by balancing different tasks and meeting deadlines.
I have also improved my problem-solving and teamwork abilities by working on projects and collaborating with others. Overall, the programme has helped me build practical skills that are useful both academically and in a professional environment.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
My programme is well organised and clearly structured. The modules and materials are easy to follow, and deadlines and expectations are communicated clearly. This helps me stay on track and manage my workload effectively.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a good level of support from my employer. They are supportive of my learning and allow me the time and flexibility needed to complete my programme. They also encourage me to apply what I learn in my role, which helps me develop my skills further.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I receive a good level of support from my training provider when working towards my qualifications. However, I feel the support could be improved in some areas, such as more regular communication or guidance. Overall, they are helpful, but there is room for improvement to make the learning experience smoother.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel that my qualification helps me perform better in my role to a good extent. It provides useful knowledge and skills that I can apply in my day-to-day work. However, some areas could be more directly aligned with my role to make it even more beneficial.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there are several extra-curricular activities to get involved in at my workplace. We have many team incentives and networking opportunities, which help build strong relationships within the team. It’s a great team to work with, and these activities create a positive and supportive work environment.
