Support Worker Review

My job role starts from person care, ordering and maintenance/ administration of medication. Following the same rules established by the company, which includes promotion of good health diet, various activities which supports our clients physical health, providing emotional support and develope independence and learning new skills.

Very well organized, I had sufficient hours with my personal tutor which gave my an opportunity to express myself. Also, the workshop with the various groups provided my with different points of view as well as exchange the experience with others worker was very valuable. The end point exams were very professional and well organized.

I received a lot of support from my company during the program. At this point, I would like to thank especially to my line manager for her consistent reassurance and encouragement to improve my skills. Also, for constant help by creating the schedule at work, which suited with my learning program, gave me the sustainability and the balance between work load and personal life.

I am very content from my training provider Paragon Skills, they share very professional knowledge and experiences. Also, my personal tutor gave me a lot of sources where to go if I need additional support.
