Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Day-to-day involved creating informational decks, chatting to different people across the desks to gather information. My projects required reading many annual reports, sustainability reports and financial regulation documents to then summarise and present.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was tasked with helping on live deals and client communications. I was given a lot of responsibility which made it feel more 'real' and rewarding.

You are not at a disadvantage for not having studied Economics/Finance at university. Coming from a humanities background, I was able to pick up content quickly and use my degree-relevant skills to make the most of my time here.
