Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Do different placements across the business to have an overview of how everything works and how different departments are connected. Some days I am in the office and others I am on site. I am also completing a management apprenticeship. Placements I've completed: Route Crime, Industrial Support Action, Timetable Change project, Passenger Experience, Work Delivery.
I've enjoyed working in the Timetable Change project and visiting signal boxes.
