Very clear and concise. I was fully aware of what o needed to and when. This helped me to meet deadline and ensure I had a work/education/home life balance
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support was fantastic. I was able to manage my own time to be able to designate time to complete assignments. The company also ensured I was involved in projects that would help me develop the experiance I needed for my qualification. Really pro-active support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had regular catch ups with my tutor ad well as email support. On-going support from my manager in terms of catch ups and general wellbeing checks.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Why?
The support received as been second to none. I had the time to complete my qualifications and with 2 young children this was so important. Access to everything I need led has been easy and opportunities for growth have been fantastic.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to VOYAGE Care?
Take advantage of what is offered in the company...it really is worth it.
