Yes! When I started, I was replicating tasks my colleagues had done, and then I was assisting them, before getting involved in activities I was fully leading. This evolution has been very rewarding as I learnt a lot and it has also been satisfying to see my progression in only a few weeks.

- learnt how to deal and interact with colleagues, people outside my team, and senior employees in a professional manner
- bettered my communication and presentation skills

My colleagues and line manager were very supportive and approachable. I always felt comfortable asking questions when I was stuck or when I wanted to learn more about a certain topic. I have also found it very easy to reach out to experts outside the team for complex matters and everyone was happy to help!

It was amazing! People are so friendly, interested, supportive. I reached out to many people across the Bank for coffee chats and learn more about the overall organisation of the Bank and no one has ever said no!!
I was very positively surprised by the diversity of people on my floor and overall, in terms of gender and race especially!!!
